Yazeed Al Alwan

Yazeed Al Alwan advises on commercial and finance matters that require review against both Jordanian statute and the relevant Islamic commercial-law framework. His work at the firm includes transactions structured to comply with Islamic commercial-law principles, including matters involving partnership and profit-sharing structures, finance arrangements, and contractual terms that must satisfy the expectations of an Islamic-finance investor or counterparty.

He is a member of the firm's senior advisory bench and works alongside the Managing Partner and the firm's other senior associates on transactions that require coordinated input across corporate, commercial, and finance-law angles. The firm deploys him on files where his specific training and background add direct value, and supports his professional development across the firm's wider practice areas.

He is admitted to the Jordanian Bar Association, the profession's regulator established under Jordanian Bar Association Law No. 11 of 1972.

Yazeed's practice focuses on Islamic commercial and finance law as it operates inside Jordanian legal frameworks. His transactional work includes the review of commercial and finance documentation for alignment with Islamic commercial-law principles, and advisory on structuring options for clients whose investment mandate or counterparty relationship requires such alignment.
